Job Description

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid, unendorsed Code 08 driver’s license.
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Physically fit and able to work in all conditions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Industry-recognized pest control qualification (NCPC or PMA/PCSIB) and registration with the Department of Agriculture (valid P-Number).
  • Proven pest control experience.
  • Health & Safety knowledge and experience.
  • HACCP knowledge and experience (advantageous, especially in food and healthcare environments).

Key Work Outputs

  • Deliver professional pest control services across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and implement tailored pest management solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Advise clients on preventative measures, proofing and good housekeeping practices.
  • Complete service records, documentation, and compliance reports accurately.
  • Maintain equipment, protective gear, and company image to professional standards.
  • Ensure correct and safe usage of pesticides, bait stations and pest control equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to support client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain PCO service logs and call outs
